  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We ship to US addresses only. For international inquiries, please contact support before placing an order.

  • Shipping options at checkout:

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

  • Shipping costs are calculated in real time and displayed at checkout.

  • All shipments include tracking and require an adult signature upon delivery. High-value orders are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

Return Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will repair or replace the item, or issue a store credit at our discretion.
